Vince DeMasi began his career on the tools — framing, finishing, and working alongside experienced trades on residential builds across the Greater Toronto Area. That foundation became the lens through which he now approaches every project: respect for the people doing the work, and a deep understanding of what it actually takes to deliver.
Over the years, Vince moved from hands-on craft into project leadership — managing larger residential renovations, custom homes, and eventually commercial fit-outs and multi-stakeholder builds. Today, his practice spans private residences, executive offices, retail spaces, and consulting engagements with developers, architects, and investors.

Vince's residential portfolio includes custom builds, full-scope renovations, additions, and high-end interior transformations across neighbourhoods including Forest Hill, Leaside, Lawrence Park, Rosedale, High Park, and the Beaches. On the commercial side, he has delivered tenant fit-outs, retail builds, restaurant projects, and office renovations across downtown Toronto and the broader GTA.
